Living out of only a small camper van, my brother and I searched for waves and good coffee from the northern town of Porto to the southern fishing town of Sarges. Ending up in fortuitous cafes, drinking espresso with locals and having no way to communicate other than pleasant smiles and a gentle obrigado (thank you). The easy surf and laid back life of the country made it hard to leave.
